Zola Luther Brown

BROWN, Zola Luther- peacefully left this life and entered into the Presence of the Applause of Heaven on November 23, 2008. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Alcoa and past Worthy Matron of Martha Washington Chapter order of Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by parents, Raleigh and Mary Maranda Luther; husband of 57 years, Carl E. Brown; sisters, Elzie Stephens, Reba Plemmons, and Altha Johnson; brothers, Price Luther, James D. Luther, and Charles Luther, Surviving family includes: sisters; Louise Kilpatrick, Zelma Leach, and Ruth (Joe) Mitchell; sons and daughters-in-law, Ray and Ethel Brown, Terry and Marsha Brown; daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Newsom Baker, daughter, Kathy Brown. 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Pastor Mark Brown officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00-7:30 p.m Tuesday at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Grandview Cemetery for the interment
