Willie Evelyn Watts Whitman Traylor, age 89 of Maryville, TN, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2011, at home. Mrs. Traylor was born on February 21, 1921 in Spalding County, GA to Will Watts and Susie Willoughby Watts. She had been a homemaker since her retirement from Sovex, Inc., Collegedale, TN. She was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Mrs. Traylor was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence G. Traylor and two sons, Robert L. Whitman and Harold G. Traylor. She is survived by 3 daughters, Evelyn (Andy) Adams of Maryville, TN, Marie (Kelly) Niemi of Longview, WA and Lorine (Tom) Mitchell of Manchester, GA; 2 sons, Alton (Betty) Whitman of Forsyth, GA and William Burl (Deborah) Traylor of Greenback, TN. She also has 4 sisters, 2 brothers, along with 12 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Charlene Traylor Stott (Curtis) and special friends who will miss her greatly. Mrs. Traylor died believing in the soon return of the Lord and the resurrection of His faithful children. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 2921 Sevierville Road, Maryville, TN 37804, with Pastor Ed Santana officiating.
