William Ray Russell

Russell, William Ray age 76 of Alcoa died Friday September 28, 2001 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife Naomi J. Russell; daughter and son in law, Becky J. and Eric Bennett of Nashville, Cindy R. and George B. Province of Maryville. Grandchildren Jason N. Sorensen of Cookeville, Jennifer L. Jeffries of Nashville, Hope S. and Jeremi Taylor, of Maryville, Paige P. and Kevin Metcalf, of Greenville, and Ashley D. Province, of Greenville; great grandchild Sadie R. Taylor; sisters and brothers in law, Melba and Fred Hughes, and Ivalee and Dan Webb, all of Maryville, several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at 8:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Black and Rev. Frank Snavely officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 P.M. Monday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 6:30 until 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
