William ''Bill'' Carter

CARTER, William (Bill) In loving memory, William (Bill) Carter, who went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 13, 2006. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lt. Col. David and Mary Lou Carter; several aunts and uncles. He is survived by his wife, Vivian and sons, William and Victor and step kids; brothers and sister, David and wife Kim of SC, Jim and wife Jean of Morristown, Pat Herrin and husband Glenn of FL and Tom; also his in-laws, Joe Hyden and Kaye, Joe and Sandy, Eddy and Tracy Hyden. He was a wonderful husband and father who loved the Lord. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dale Buchanan officiating. The interment will follow in Happy Valley Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 a.m. Monday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
