Viola Varner Fuller

October 9, 1899 — January 9, 2004

Viola Varner Fuller - age 104 passed away Friday, January 9, 2004 at Maryville Health Care Center. She was of the Baptist Faith and is now gone home to be with Jesus where she wanted to go. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was the widow of David Larkin Fuller, and the daughter of the late James A. and Adeline Varner, of Hamilton County, TN. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Arwin, Burke, and Tommie Varner; sister, Mary Ann Remington Grant. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Helen Carringer; son, Harold Fuller, of Alcoa, TN; brothers, Henry Varner, of Soddy, TN, and Charles C. Varner, of Niceville, FL; granddaughter, Mrs. Randy (Phyllis Karen) Headrick, of Friendsville, TN; grandson, Wendell Lee Reavely, of Halls Cross Roads; great-grandchildren, Lowell Richard Fannin and Denny Vance Fannin, of Maryville, TN; many nieces and nephews, and her best friend Betty Best who helped take care of her and loved her very much. Family and friends will meet 1:00 P.M. Monday at Ware Cemetery in Bakewell, TN for a graveside funeral with Rev. Joe Miller officiating.
