Tommy Leroy Ingram, born October 31, 1936, in Blount County and passed away June 8, 2022. He was retired with 20 years in the United States Air Force and 10 years at Schlegal Corporation. He was a Vietnam Veteran. Daddy was a wonderful father and grandfather. We all knew how much he loved all of us everyday. He loved being around family and friends and to make everyone laugh. Any prank or joke he could pull he would. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing. He will be missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawerence and Florence Ingram; brothers, James and Billy Ingram; son, James Michael Ingram.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Montgomery Ingram; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and James O’Toole; grandsons, David and Scott Ingram of Arizona; granddaughter, Caitlin O’Toole Rohde; great-granddaughters, Brinley Grace Rohde, Racheal Ingram, Emma Ingram; great-grandson, Eli Ingram; special niece, Delores Rule; special great-niece, Holly Thompson; many other nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM, Monday, June 13th at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 AM, Tuesday June 14th at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, John Sevier Highway for a graveside service with Don Thompson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to a Veterans Organization of your choice.
