Booze, Sr., Thomas W., age 78 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2004, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Bungalow United Methodist Church, a member of the Retired Officers Association and American Legion. He retired from the U. S. Army, Corp of Engineers, served in World War II with the 100th Bomb Group and completed 25 missions over Germany, he also retired from Eastern Airlines after 18 years of service. Mr. Booze was preceded in death by his son, Timothy S. Booze; grandson, Brian J. Booze; parents, Walter W. and Virginia C. Blair Booze; brothers, Bill Booze, Gerald Booze, Walter Booze, Jr., and Robert Booze; sisters, Patty Ricuitti, and Teresa Mayle Survivors include his wife, Norma Booze of Maryville; children, Thomas Booze, Jr. and wife Susan of Woodbridge, VA, Terry and Judy Booze of Marianna, FL and Tracy and Renee Booze of Denver, CO; grandchildren, Eric, Christopher, Tina, Jason, Max and Carrie Booze; brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Pat Booze of San Antonio, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and John Symcheck of Fredericktown, PA; half brother and half sister-in-law, Fred M. and Norma Derry of Belair, MD; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Bennett officiating. The interment service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday in Sherwood Memorial Gardens with full military honors.
