Steve Sing

Steve Sing, of Maryville, (56) passed away peacefully, Tuesday morning, March 3rd, 2020, after a brief battle with cancer. He was born September 6th, 1963 in Maryville. He was a loyal employee of 19 years, with the Blount County Highway Dept. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gene & Ruby (Watkins), Sing. Along with great nephew, Tucker James Johnson.

He leaves behind, a brother Mike (Angie), Sing. Niece, Amber (Brennen), Johnson. Nephews, Josh (Elizabeth), Sing, and Jake Sing. Great Nephews, Brock Sing, Laken Johnson, and Campbell Sing. A great niece, Evelyn “Evie” Sing. Also leaving behind his special friend Amy Tuck Goodson, Aunt, Mary Dial, several loving cousins and family members.

The family would like to thank the Blount County Highway Dept., along with Blount Memorial Hospital nursing staff on the First and Fourth South floor.

Receiving friends will be held Friday, March 6th from 5 to 7, with funeral following at 7 PM with Greg Long, and Randy Thompson officiating, at McCammon- Ammons-Click Funeral Home, 220 West Broadway, Maryville, TN. Family and friends will meet Saturday, March 7th 11:00 AM at Ballards Chapel Cemetary, 3979 Wright’s Ferry Rd., Louisville, TN for a graveside service and interment.
