Spike Ellis Jenkins born November 6, 1965 died Friday, August 15, 2008. Our cowboy has gone to rodeo heaven. Survivors include his mother, Jo Place Smith of Maryville; son, Colt Galvin of Lenoir City; brothers, Jason and Rusty Fields of Boca Raton, FL; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A memorial service will be 4:00 P.M. Tuesday at the mothers home 4721 Old Niles Ferry Rd. Maryville, TN. The family will receive friends after the service at the home.
