Scott Allen Brewer, born in Maryville, TN, passed away peacefully in his hometown on August 22, 2024. Known for his simple and kind nature, Scott had a profound love for the mountains and was a cherished brother, uncle, and friend.
Scott spent many joyful days driving through Cades Cove and was always ready to lend a helping hand to friends and family. His warmth and generosity touched the lives of many in his community.
He is survived by his sister, Teresa Anderson; sons, Timothy and Vance Vineyard; nephew, Sammy Anderson; and niece, Tiffany Chbakou. He also leaves behind great-nieces Reagan and Peyton Anderson and Carigan Chbakou, and great-nephews Ryan and Zack Chbakou. Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Deliah Brewer, and his sister, Glennessa Brewer.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 29, 2024, from 6-7 PM at RIO South Church, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory. Scott's presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will continue to inspire those who knew him.
