Samuel M. Mcclellan

MCCLELLAN, Samuel M., age 77 of Louisville, passed away Monday, December 1, 2003, at his home. He was a member of St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, was retired from ALCOA after 43 years of service, was a member of the 25 Year Service Club and was a veteran of the U. S. Army having served during World War II with the 24th Calvary. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo Houston McClellan. Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Connie and Lynn Davis of Maryville and Penny and Jeff Merritt of Mansfield, MO; son, Randy McClellan of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Jill and Adam Merritt, Travis Davis and wife Stephanie and Nicki Davis Morse and husband Tim; great grandchild, Tyler Morse; sister, Dorothy Morton; very special friend, Enzel Drake. A celebration of life will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church in Louisville with Rev. Jeff Lambert officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Middlesettlements Cemetery for the interment service The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Church.
