Samuel Lee Blair

Samuel Lee Blair, born February 6, 2000, age 25, passed away April 12, 2025, at home in his sleep. Sam was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy at an early age. He was a member of Axley’s Chapel Church and a graduate of Greenback High School. Sam was an avid golfer and a sports enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Lori Thompson Blankenship.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Julie and Heath Blair; sister, Ivy Blair; grandparents, Grady and Nora Thompson; cousins, Riley and Reagan Guillemet; special soul mate, Brittani Carey; special family, friends and co-workers at O’Charley’s.

A private burial will be held at Axley’s Chapel Cemetery and a Celebration of Life will be held May 3rd at 12 noon at Axley’s Chapel Church with Pastor Rich Carnes officiating and lunch following in the Fellowship Hall.
