Samma A. Black, age 77 of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2017, at Summit View of Rocky Top. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Joe and Cora Finger Black and brother, Danny Joe Black. Per her wish, no memorial service will be held.
