Ruth J. St. Clair, age 89 of Louisville, loving wife, mother and grandmother went to Heaven on Monday, March 14, 2016. She was the wife of longtime Methodist minister, Rev. George St. Clair having been married for 45 years, and was active in all the Churches they ministered in and enjoyed senior activities at Everett Senior Center and Baptist Health Center. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Jason Davis; parents, Rufus and Martha Edwards Jones; 2 sisters and 3 brothers. Survivors include her children, Jerry (Mercy) St. Clair, Linda (David) Miser, Phyllis (Bill) Rhyne; grandchildren, Lisa Moore, Allen (Heather) Davis, Leroy (Michelle) Davis, Emily (Tony) Wolfenbarger, Paul (Sherrie) Rhyne, Bradley Miser, Todd (Susan) Franklin, Mark (Anna) Franklin, Kimberly Miser, Amber Byrd; 19 great grandchildren and 7great-great grandchildren; brother, Roy (Dorothy) Jones; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tony Wolfenbarger and Rev. Paul Rhyne officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Highland South Memorial Park (Holly Hills), Knoxville. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to The Rescue Squad in Christiansburg, VA.
