Ronald Lynn Talbott

Ronald Lynn Talbott, age 81, of Maryville passed away peacefully on January 26, 2023. Lynn was a proud retiree of Vulcan Materials after “39 years, 3 months, and 10 days “of service. He was a lifelong member of Middlesettlements United Methodist Church. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Lynn was a follower of Christ, enjoyed people and was a friend to many. He was survived by wife, Linda Talbott; son, Ron Talbott and spouse, Cathy Talbott; brother, James Talbott and spouse, Pam Talbott; sister, Norma Lambert; grandchildren, Steven Talbott (Crystal Knight), Haley Haworth and spouse, Austin Haworth, Shannon Whitehead, LeAnne Perkins; great granddaughter, Kaylee Talbott; several nieces and nephews.

Lynn will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. The family would like to give special thanks to his Doctor Richard Gaddis, Asbury Memory Care (Alpine Unit), Fairpark Nursing Home as well as all their staff for the special care he received during his battle with Alzheimer’s.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday, January 30, 2023, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 3:00 PM, Tuesday for a graveside service at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Rex Rogers officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family asks to make donations to charitable organization that would aid people in need, as that is what Lynn would want.
