Richard (Rick) Davis

Richard (Rick) Davis, age 58 of Maryville, passed away at his home Thursday, August 11, 2016. Rick was born in Killeen, TX on August 23, 1957. He was a 1975 graduate of Everett High School where he was a trumpet player in the marching band. He loved music, woodworking and working on cars. Rick was a friend to all and lived life to the fullest. His smile will be sadly missed. Rick was preceded in death by his father, Hubert Davis. He is survived by his daughter, Layla Davis; his mother, Eva Baker; ; his step-father; Lloyd Baker; his brother, Bill Davis; his step-sisters; Paula Tucker and Lynda Perkins; his step-brother, Richard Tucker; and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. A celebration of life event will be held at Smith Event Center, 1404 Tuckaleechee Pike, on Thursday, August 18, 2016, between 4:00-8:00pm.
