Raymond W. Sellers

Raymond W. Sellers - age 65 of Maryville passed away Saturday, December 15, 2001 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church. Mr Sellers was retired from Prudential Insurance Company after of more than 25 years of service. During his career he receive numerous awards and recognitions for his service and performance. Mr. Sellers was also Owner / President of Sellers Insurance Agency, Inc. He was preceded in death by father, Walter Vaughn Jr. Survivors include his wife, Sue Sellers; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Mark Pierce, Jill and Mike Owens, all of Maryville; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Kristi Sellers, of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Allyson Pierce, Maura Pierce, Dustin Sellers, Morgan Sellers, and Ramsey Owens, all of Maryville, Abigail Forbes, and Bailey Sellers, of Murfreesboro; mother, Ada P. Vaughn, of Cookville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Glenn McDonald, of Maryville, Faye and Arnold Whitehead, of Tellico Village; brothers and sisters-in-law, Leroy and Sharon Vaughn, of Maryville, Jack and Janelle Vaughn, of Cookville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 8:00 P.M. Monday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Rev. Michael Roach and Rev. Mark McKeehan officiating. Family and friends will meet at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 18, at 10:00 A.M., a funeral procession will follow to Grandview Cemetery for an 11:00 A.M. interment service. The family will receive friends Monday from 5:30 to 8:00 P.M. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville, 982-6812
