QUILLEN, Ray Jennings, age 83 of Louisville, passed away Monday, November 11, 2002, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a long time member of Immanuel United Methodist Church of Mentor, was a veteran of World War II, was retired from ALCOA and was a member of the ALCOA 25 Year Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Naomi Robbins Quillen; father and mother, Loren E. Quillen, Sr. and Pearl Winegar Quillen; sister, Ethel Drake; brothers, L. E. Quillen, Jr., Ernest, Kenneth, Harold and Claude Quillen. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Harless and Rev. A. J. Rowland officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Middlesettlements Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville. Mr. Quillen’s Sunday School Class will serve as Honorary Pall Bearers.
