Olive Karlene Mcclanahan Davis

Olive Karlene McClanahan Davis, age 83 of Maryville, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She attended Everett High School. She had the gift of taking care of those around her and never met a stranger. She was a ferocious mama bear for all those needed her and left a legacy of “if you can do nothing else, be kind." Preceded in death by her son, Terry Paul Davis; parents, George Robert and Virginia Hazel Robbins McClanahan. Survivors include her son, Larry A. Davis and wife Lisa; daughter, Gena A. Tussey and husband Dan; grandchildren, Benjamin Davis, Jonathan Davis, Chris Tussey, Kevin Tussey; 5 great grandchildren; also, Donnie Monson as one of my boys.

The family will receive friends 1:00-2:00 PM Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home with funeral service following at 2:00PM with Jim Beasley and Rev. Lawrence Adams officiating. The entombment will follow at Sherwood Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Haven House.
