Nancy Jane Bailey

BAILEY, Nancy Jane, age 59 of Friendsville, exchanged her earthly wings for her heavenly wings on Sunday, December 18, 2005, at home. She was a member of Union Grove United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee and Nellie Irene Cupp Haislip; father-in-law, Howard Paul Bailey; sister-in-law, Edna Jean Phelps. Survivors include her loving husband of 39 years, David P. Bailey of Friendsville; daughter and son-in-law, Amy E. and Richard Moore of Louisville; daughter, Elizabeth K. Bailey of Friendsville; son, David Andrew Bailey and Connie L. Huffstetler of Friendsville; grandchildren, Andrea Paige Bailey, Kristen Grace Bailey and Joshua Blaine Moore; mother-in-law, Mildred Clark Bailey of Friendsville; brother, Donald Lee Haislip of Maryville; sister, Dorothy Ann Haislip of Alcoa; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Virginia and Dwayne Hammer of Land O Lakes, FL, Kathy and Gary Whitehead of Lenoir City; sister-in-law, Linda Woolery of Friendsville; brother-in-law, Billy Joe Phelps of Forest Park, GA; several very special nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Union Grove United Methodist Church with Gary Thomas officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Union Grove Methodist Cemetery for the interment service.
