Mitchell O. Flynn

Mitchell O. Flynn Sr. - age 85 of Maryville passed away Sunday, May 24, 2020 at his home. He was a member of Maryville First United Methodist Church and was retired from ALCOA with 33 years of service and a member of the ALCOA 25 Year Club. Mitchell loved playing golf with all his buddies at Green Meadow Country Club, and watching sports. He was preceded in death by his father, Conner Flynn; mother, Lucille Flynn; step-father, Grady Flynn; brothers, Glenn and Dwayne Flynn; daughter, Virginia (Ginny) Flynn Robinson; granddaughter, Orianna Robinson. Survivors include his wife of 52 Years, Gail Flynn; son, Mickey Flynn and wife Brenda; sister, Cedith Giles; grandchildren, Katie Flynn, Jess Flynn, Melia Throgmorton, Mandy Mabry, Justin Throgmorton, Hope Ealey; 8 great-grandchildren. Family and friends will meet 3:00 P.M. Wednesday at the Grandview Cemetery Pavilion for a graveside service with Rev. Catherine Nance and Buzz Thomas officiating. Friends may call at their convenience at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Tuesday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. and Wednesday from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
