Mildred Kiker Watkins

Mildred Kiker Watkins, age 93 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2010, at Colonial Hills Nursing Center. She was born in Blue Ridge, GA, the third of 12 children, to Edward Arthur Kiker and Lou Ann Poe Kiker. Her husband, Joe Thomas Watkins, preceded Mildred in death. She is survived by daughter & son-in-law, Joe Ann and John R Wilkinson of Maryville and grandchildren, John M. Wilkinson of Charlotte, NC; Mary K. Wilkinson-Church and husband David Church of Milwaukee, WI. She is also survived by sister, Lillie Hart and brother, Grady Kiker, both of Columbia, SC and several nieces and nephews in GA and SC. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Mantooth and Dr. Howard Olive officiating. The entombment will follow at Sherwood Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 2-3:00 p.m. Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
