FRAZE, Merriman W. “Rocky”, age 69 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, December, 2, 2004 at Blount Memorial Transitional Care. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by his parents, E.H. and Blanche Fraze. Grandson, Jeffrey Wayne Fraze Jr. Step-son, Steven Allen Self. Survivors include: wife, Inis P. Fraze. Children, Jimmy Merriman Fraze and his wife Jennifer of Pine Bluff, AR. Jerri Lynn (Fraze) Dunn and her husband Doug of Lone Wolf, OK. Jeffrey Wayne Fraze Sr of Hackettstown, NJ. Joey Kent Fraze and his wife Linda of Lancaster, TX. Grandchildren, Stacy, Justin, Derrick, Kyle, Courtney, Allison, and Kayley. Step-children, Shirley Huskey, James Chandler, Raymond Self, Joyce N. Reneau, Bill Self, Kathy Hannah, Lee Self, Richard Self, Roger Self, and Mike Self. Numerous step-grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Brother, Dave Fraze of Alcoa. Sister and brother-in-law, Jean and David Williamson of Maryville. Funeral services will be 6:30 PM Sunday, December 5, 2005 at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Rev. David Chandler and Rev. Joe Colquit officiating. Family and friends will meet 2:00 PM Monday at Morganton Cemetery for the interment.
