Mary R. Hammontree

Hammontree, Mary Ryan age 97 of Maryville, passed away on December 15th 2013 at Life Care Center of Red Bank in Chattanooga TN. She was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and Quilting Circle of Maryville. She was preceded in death by her parents W.H. and Maggie Ryan, her husband of 54 years Jess Hammontree, brothers Ed, Dallas and Lynn Ryan, sisters Gertie Brooks, Louise Hammontree and Barbra Hutton. She is survived by one son Bill Hammontree and daughter in law Sarah Hammontree of Chattanooga TN. One grandson Richard Hammontree of Portland OR, two great grandchildren and 2 great great grand children of Portland OR. The funeral service will be at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jerald Russell officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Hwy, Alcoa TN, for the interment.
