Mary Lillian White Lovingood

Mary Lillian White Lovingood, age 90 of Maryville, passed away Monday, September 28, 2009, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She loved life, the outdoors, her garden, her flowers and was a great lover of animals. On her 90th birthday, she was enjoying riding her lawnmower. Her pets and the birds will greatly miss her. She was of Baptist faith, and for many years attended Grace Memorial Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Lester Lovingood; parents, William R. White and Mary Alice White; brothers, Clarence White and William White; sister, Blanche Gray. Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Mouron and husband David; brother-in-law, Richard W. Lovingood; sister-in-law, Darlene White; several nieces and nephews. Thanks to a special niece and her husband, Katherine and Robert E. Lee. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard W. Lovingood officiating. Family and friends will re-assemble at Hopewell Springs Cemetery, in Monroe County, for the interment service.
