Mary Jo Blankenship

BLANKENSHIP, Mary Jo- age 35 of Friendsville passed away Saturday, August 16, 2008 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Billie Waldron. Survivors include: husband, David Blankenship; daughter, Lauren Emily Blankenship; son, Alexander Davis Blankenship; father and mother, Garry and Karen Waldron of Greenback; grandparents, Davis and Shirley Kelso of Greenback; Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bob and Louise Blankenship of Friendsville; brother, John Waldron of Knoxville; sister and brother-in-law, Christina and Allen Shinlever of Maryville; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Bill and Mandy Blankenship, Steve Blankenship and Vicky Milligan; nephews, Tyler Shinlever, Tanner Shinlever, and Will Blankenship; niece, Eva Blankenship. Funeral services will be 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Danny Davis and Dr. Mark Grubb officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery for the interment. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Baptist Church.
