Mary Ellen Johns

Mary Ellen Johns, age 82 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Old Piney Missionary Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar C. Johns; sons, Jerry and Tommy Johns. Survivors include her son, Alan Johns of Washington, DC; nieces and nephews, Ronnie Tom and Carol Burchfield, David and Peggy Nuchols, Connie and Jerry Hurst, Carol and Keith Morrison, Mike Nuchols, Lynn and Trudy Burchfield, Wade, Jr. “Buster” and Teresa Nuchols. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rex Everett officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. FRIDAY at Old Piney Cemetery for the interment service with Rev. Chad Morrison officiating.
