Mark H Brooks

Mark H. Brooks, 68, passed away Saturday, February 23rd at Blount Memorial Hospital. Mark formerly managed South Blount Utility District in the 70's and 80's and ran The Parkway Drive-in Theatre before retiring to farm and manage his various rental properties. Mark was predeceased by his parents, Howard and Barbara Nan Brooks, and father-in-law, Charles (Bud) Eaves. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Pam; sisters, Janie Denning (husband, Brad) and Betsy Tinker (husband, Rick); sister-in-law, Lee Ann Bland (husband, Michael); mother-in-law, Doris Eaves and several nieces and nephews. The family held a private graveside service at Grandview Cemetery officiated by Rev. Jerry Mantooth. Mark had a love for animals and in lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to the Blount County Humane Society, 1005 E. Broadway Avenue, Maryville TN 37804.
