Marie Dugas Sullivan

SULLIVAN, Marie Dugas, age 75 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2007, after a 3 year battle with cancer. She was a communicant of more than 25 years at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, where her greatest joy was working with the women of the Church and the Altar Guild, she was employed by the Bank of Maryville from 1956-1961. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Leon and Corinne Nativite` Pitre Dugas, Sr.; sister, Ethel D. Willet; brother, Harry E. Dugas. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Robert R. Sullivan; brother, Albert Leon, Jr; children, Annette Sullivan of Alcoa, Melissa S. Carl (Gary) of Kingsport; Mitchell Sullivan (Amy) of Maryville; grandchildren, Seth and Cameron Law; Kristen and Erin Carl; Corinne and Patrick Sullivan; Kelsi, Abby and Emily Lane; nieces and nephews in CA, NV, FL; cousins in LA, CA. Special thanks to Jenny, Oncology RN and Blount Memorial Hospice, Susan, Beverly, Tabitha, Wendy, Carla and Ann. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Grandview Mausoleum for an entombment service with Rev. Bob Beasley officiating.
