Margaret Moroney Davis, age 91 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2008, at Shannondale of Maryville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coach John A. (J.D.) Davis; parents, Dillon and Diva Jones Moroney; sisters, Mary Charles Moroney, Theresa M. Walker. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, John Dillon and Pamela S. Davis; grandsons, Matthew J. Davis, Connor D. Davis; sister, Oleyea Robinson of St. Augustine, FL; brother, Dillon Moroney, Jr. of Maryville; niece, Katherine C. Chalfant and husband Randy of St. Augustine, FL; great nephews, Jordan Chalfant, Julian Chalfant. Private funeral services were held by McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
