Mable Dixon Hudson

HUDSON, Mable Dixon, age 82 of Maryville, passed away Monday, June 3, 2002, at her home. She was a member of St. John’s United Methodist Church, was retired from South Central Bell after 32 years of service and had been a Pink Lady at Blount Memorial Hospital for 26 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, James A. and Ersie Mae Mills Dixon. Survivors include: husband, Howard L. Hudson; sister, Ella Marie Hammontree; sisters and brothers-in-law, Hazel and Ben Hammontree all of Maryville and Willie and J. G. Hudson of Greenback. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Longmire and Rev. Horace Gennoe officiating. The interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Wednesday at McCammon-Ammon-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
