Linda Gail Myers

Linda Gail Myers, 64 of Walland Tennessee, passed away on Thursday August the 8th, 2013 due to a stroke. Linda was born in Blount County on January 29th 1949. She graduated from Everett High School. Linda and Davids thirty year marriage started on November 10th 1983. Linda worked in retail management prior to joining her husband David in the ownership and operation of Davids Landscaping. She enjoyed reading and travel, especially to Longboat Key Florida, and Helen Georgia. She also loved her flowers and took particular pride in keeping her home. Linda is preceded in death by parents George and Lillian Gregory, father in law Hugh Myers, daughter Angela Clark, nephew Shawn Myers, and brother in law John Johns. Linda is survived by husband David Myers, Sister Janice (Gregory) Murphy, Brother Tony Gregory, son Jeffery V. Clark. Step-daughter Jennifer (Myers) Shelton. Mother-in-Law Verna Lee (Burchfield) Myers. Nieces Regina (Arp) Warnell, Michelle Myers, Lisa (McCampbell) Shelton. Nephews Richard and Jamey Murphy, Gauge and Andrew Gregory, Will McCampbell. Brothers-in-Law Allan Murphy, Rick Myers, Ray McCampbell and Sisters-in-law Kelly (Cooper) Gregory, Bonnie (Myers) McCampbell, Sherry (Whittaker) Myers, and Judy (Myers) Johns. Many Great nieces and nephews as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. And very special friends Patsy, Kay, Donna and Wanda, and all the girls at Schmidt and Designers. The funeral service will be held at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home on Monday August 12th at 6:00 PM, with Pastor Ronnie Hepperly presiding. Visitation to follow service immediately. Family and Friends will meet at Grandview Cemetery on Tuesday August 13th at 11:00 am.
