THATCHER, Lillian Ethal, age 90 of Maryville, exchanged her earthly wings for her heavenly wings on Wednesday, December 21, 2005, at home. She was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Martha Lane; husband, Archie Oscar Thatcher; sons, Jimmie Doyle and Ray Clinton Thatcher; daughter, Martha June Hannah; brothers, Marlin and Emmitt Lane; sisters, Irene Anderson and Ruth Herron. Survivors include her sons, Earl David (Buck) Thatcher, Archie Lee (J. T.) Thatcher and wife Karen, Charles Homer Thatcher and special friend Bonnie Williams and Tommy Lynn Thatcher and wife Donna; daughter, Charlotte Thatcher and special friend Dewitt Davis; son-in-law, Oscar Hannah; brother-in-law and wife, Charles and Mary Thatcher; 16 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; special friends, Mildred Hicks, Don Seaton and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Jones; several nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronald Morton officiating. The interment service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Russell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
