Lennis Everett Heiskell

March 2, 1916 — February 21, 2002

HEISKELL, Lennis, age 86 of Maryville, died Thursday, February 21, 2002, at her home. She had been a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church for over 50 years, and was a retiree of Standard Mills Company after many years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry L. Heiskell; son, Billy; mother and father, Leonard and Rose Ammons Everett; sister, Christine Ammons Everett, who was the first interment in East Maryville Baptist Church Cemetery; and a loving cat, Sammie. Survivors include: sister, Mrs. Lois Vanderpoole of Knoxville; nieces, Peggy Lambert of Chattanooga, Nancy Thompson of Maryville; nephew, Joe McCammon Everett of Maryville; sister-in-law, Margaret Everett of Maryville; several cousins. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at East Maryville Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Paul B. Longmire, Pastor of St. Johns United Methodist Church officiating. Friends may call at their convenience at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville or at the home of her sister, Lois Vanderpoole, 5616 Lakeshore Drive, Knoxville. Pall Bearers will be Roy Stevenson, Steve Stevenson and Jerry Fincham. Honorary Pall Bearers will be great nephews.
