Lela Bernice Wilson

WILSON, Lela Bernice Gregory Tucker, age 82 of Maryville, passed away Friday February 8, 2008 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was born August 8, 1925 in Cades Cove, TN. She was a charter member of Immanuel Baptist Church and was retired from Leon Shields Insurance Company. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Lillie Gregory; husband, Cecil Wilson; granddaughter, Vanessa Williams; brothers, Luther and Charles Edward Gregory. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Ted Williams; sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Mary Tucker and Terry and Beth Tucker; grandchildren, Travis Tucker and wife Sonya, Jacob Tucker and wife Amanda, Katie Tucker and fiancé Steven Basler; brother Murphy Gregory and wife Barbara; sister-in-law, Edith Gregory Lynn; several nieces and nephews; and special friend Ruth Bryant. Funeral services will be held Sunday February 10, 2008 at 8 P.M. in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will meet for the interment service Monday at 11 A.M. at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday 6-8 P.M. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
