Lawrence S. Rule, age 60 of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016, at his home. He was preceded in death by his father, James R. Rule. Survived by wife, Connie; son, Riley; daughters, Hannah and Shelby; stepdaughter, Chandra Tyler; mother, Virginia Rule; brother, Bobby.
