June Lee Evans

June Evans, age 83 of Greenback, born June 26, 1930 in Loudon County, TN, died Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at U. T. Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Kasee Cope and brothers, Jimmy, J.B. and Bobby Wear. Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Roy Evans; son, Garry (Glenda) Evans; daughters, Brenda (Terry) Morton and Hope (Micheal) Griffin; grandchildren, Jody Deakin, Keith Deakin, Autumn Childress, J. J. Cope and Makayla Morton; several great grandchildren; brothers, Don, Ray, Ralph and Bill Wear; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 p.m. Saturday with funeral services to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Morganton Baptist Church, Greenback, with Rev. Tommy Self officiating. The interment will follow in Morganton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Morganton Baptist Church Missions Fund, 4800 Sinking Creek Road, Greenback, TN 37742.
