Juanita M. Chapman

CHAPMAN, Juanita M., age 84 of West Jefferson, OH, passed away Monday, August 13, 2007, in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 2, 1923, in Maryville, TN, the daughter of the late Andrew and Edna McAfee. Juanita was a retired nurse having worked for Columbus Developmental; she was also a member of Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Grove City, OH. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd Chapman, Sr.; two sons, James and Clarence Chapman; three sisters, Lucille Clampett, Dorothy May McAfee, Imogene McAfee and a brother, Charles McAfee. She is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law, Lloyd and Peggy Chapman of West Jefferson, OH, Raymond and Janna Chapman of West Liberty, OH, Ron and Sam Chapman of Carroll, OH; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren; eight brothers and sisters, Rosa Lea Huddleston, Ruth Smith, James McAfee, JoAnn Willocks, Faye Felty and Ruby Ogle all of Maryville, Barbara McClane of Porter, TX, and William McAfee of Hillsboro, OH. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.
