Josie Crisp Turner

Josie Crisp Turner- age 92 of Maryville, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2009 at Maryville Health Care. Preceded in death by husband, Roy M. Turner; siblings, Maggie LeQuire, Maude Griggs, Pose Crisp, and Sue Pearman. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Elwanda and Carl Hickman, Ann and James “Buddy” Allen all of Maryville; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Glenda Turner of Knoxville; Grandchildren, Terina Stewart, Mary Ann Klassen and husband Dave, Lauren Turner King and husband Blake, David Allen and wife Amy, Mike Shelton and wife LeAnn; great grandchildren, Elizabeth Stewart, Caleb Shelton, Isabel and Mia Allen; brothers and sisters, Dovie Crisp of Maryville, Lillian Wheeler of Michigan, Eva Underwood of Louisville, Vincent Crisp and wife Dorothy of Maryville, Teresa Woods and husband Robert of Dayton, OH, Azalea McMahan and husband Hubert of Knoxville, Juanita Rogers and husband Harold of Robbinsville, NC. The family will receive friends 12:30-2:00 pm Wednesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Family and friends will reassemble at 2:30 pm at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a graveside service with Rev. “Jay” Jack Nuchols officiating.
