Johnny Clayton Hall, 75, of Greenback passed away Thursday, July 4, 2024 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a Veteran of the US Navy and retired from Gerdau Ameristeel. He loved sitting on the porch, watching the Atlanta Braves, and tying crappie flies. Preceded in death by: Parents, Clay & Cora (Braden) Hall; Brothers, J.T., R.L., Charles, Bobby, and Avery Hall. Survivors include: Wife of 54 years, Shirley Hall; Son, Boyd Hall of Vonore; Daughter Valerie Hall of Greenback; Brothers and Sister-in-law, Don & Brenda Hall, and Ronnie Hall all of Maryville; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Dorothy & Gene Webb and Loretta & Jerry Wade all of Maryville; Grandchildren, Taylor Clayton Hall, Brady Allen Hall; Great Granddaughter, Bellamy Hall. A graveside service will be 1:00 PM Monday, July 8, 2024, at Old Piney Grove Cemetery with Rev. Rex Everett officiating. Friends may pay their respects and sign the guest register Sunday from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Liver Foundation: Charitable Giving, American Liver Foundation, PO Box 299, West Orange, NJ 07052.
