Johnnie Cannon Johnson, age 85 of Maryville, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013, at her home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson H. Johnson. Survivors include her children: daughter, Charlene Kay Newman of Maryville; daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Randy Goan of Morristown; sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and Anna Johnson and Gary and Donna Johnson all of Maryville; grandchildren, Lucy, Paul, Matthew, Trace, Cody and Jessica; step-grandchildren, Danielle and Patrick; honorary grandchild, Libby; brother, Jack Cannon of Oneida; honorary sister, Anna Rae Steele. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a grave side service with Dr. John Franklin officiating.
