John William Heid

HEID, John William, age 55 of Maryville, died Sunday, October 19, 2003. He was a member of the Council at Alcoa Maryville Church of God, was a veteran of the U. S. Army, Scoutmaster for Troop 88 and an American Society of Civil Engineers Fellow and an Institute of Transportation Engineers Fellow. Mr. Heid was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Virginia Heid. Survivors include: wife, Liz; sons, JJ and Michael. Ed and Donna Heid and Jerry Heid of VA, Bob and Joan Heid of Maryland, and Emmy Heid and Jean Shorrock of Rhode Island, Millie and Graeme Sieber and Marvin and Susie Beard of Maryville, Taylor and Kathie Beard of VA, Bob and Jean Beard of CA, loving extended family and friends. Interment service for the family will be at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, October 25, at New Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery. A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 25, at New Providence Presbyterian Church with receiving of friends following. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the John W.
