John W. Emert

John W. Emert, age 89 passed away March 2, 2024. He was a member of Campground Methodist Church in Townsend. He served three years in the Army and retired from the Tennessee Army Air National Guard. He worked and retired with Alcoa Aluminum Company for 30 years. He was a member of the 25-year club. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Wanda Emert.

He is survived by his daughter, Belinda Emert; grandson, Nathan Hutchinson.
