Jewell Gillespie Newman, Mom and Nana passed away peacefully after a short stay at Life Care of Blount County. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Buck Newman. She is survived by her son, Charles Chuck Newman and daughter, Julie Dalton; also her grandchildren, Megan Zeiss, Caitlin Darras, and Chad Dalton. Per request no services were held.
