Jessie Olin Myers

Jessie Olin Myers, age 78 of Maryville, passed away Friday, June 5, 2015, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Korea and Vietnam and was owner of Southeastern Lock and Securities for 22 years. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Grace Myers; parents, Roy and Gladys Hodge Myers; brother, Paul Myers. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Tipton Myers; children, Jessie Myers, Jr., Ron Myers, Dennis "Mike" Myers, Kim White; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Orvie Smith; brothers, Jimmy Myers, G. W. Myers. Family and friends will meet at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Cades Cove Memorial Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Ronnie Murrell officiating.
