Jane Overby Finch

Jane Overby Finch, age 78 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Finch, Jr. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Bob Barnhart of Johnson City, Susan and Jeff Gamble of Knoxville; grandsons, Sam Barnhart and Andy Barnhart; sister, Eula Allen Ballard of N. Fort Myers, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Willie and Bob Cassell of Cary, NC; brother and sister-in-law, Marvin, Jr. and Kay Overby of Axtell, NC; sister-in-law, Katherine Schmeltekopf of Marshall, NC; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Saturday at Broadway United Methodist Church with Rev. Ron Matthews and Rev. Amy Probst officiating. Family and friends will meet at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Saturday at the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Iva Moore Sunday School Class at Broadway United Methodist Church, 309 E. Broadway, Maryville, TN 37804.
