Jamie Lynn Goforth

Jamie Lynn Goforth 42 was reunited with his precious mother and his Lord and Savior on December 14, 2017. Jamie was attending Allegheny Baptist Church. He was a longtime employee of Gilded Mirrors. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Goforth. Survived by his high school sweetheart and loving wife Melissa; step-children, Whitney and Zachary Williams, Blake Crowe; father, Fred ( Evelyn) Goforth; brothers, Ronnie (Kim) Goforth, and Randy Goforth; sisters, Gail (Dean) Mullins, Anita (Roger) Forsythe, Melissa (Jason) Steelman; fathers-in-law and mothers-in-law, David and Glenda Payne, Steve Cagle and Darlene; brother-in-law, Allen Payne; special friend and niece, DeAnna Sise; special childhood friend, Steven (Booger) Graham; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday from 5 to 7 P.M. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral home with funeral services to follow at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Dean Mullins officiating. Burial will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Allegheny Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to help with funeral arrangements.
