James(Jim) Edward Medford

Medford, James Edward (Jim) age 72 of Rockford died Sunday September 1st 2002 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Jean Medford of Rockford and daughters and sons in laws Cindy and Steve Tipton of Maryville and Celia and Curtis Wade of Alcoa, and his grandchildren April and Chuck Garner, Jason and Laura Godsey, Josh Wade, and Justin Tipton and great grandchildren Thomas Stanton, Tristen Godsey, Caden Garner, mother Annie Jane Medford of N.C., brothers Cledus Medford, Floyd Medford, Ray Medford, Carroll Medford of N. C. and sister Joyce Waycaster of N. C. and special friends Vicki and Lynn McNally and Gene Blankenship. The funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Hutsell officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Grandview Cemetery for the interment service.
