James Leslie (Jim) Coulter, age 82, passed peacefully on September 21, 2015 at home. Jim was an extremely veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during the Korean War. After leaving the Navy, he received a degree from E.T.S.U., and began his career with General Shale Products Corporation. In 1991 he retired from Sioux City Brick and Tile in Sioux City, Iowa. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner. He was preceded in death bu his parents, John Leslie and Lucille (Hitch) Coulter. He is survived by his devoted wife of 59 years, Jane (Ford) Coulter; sisters, Patricia Boring of Cartersville, GA,. Bonita McConnon of Wayland, MA., and Sharon Pryor of Maryville, TN; five nephews, Jimmy Charlton, Scott Boring, Sean Hill, Matthew McConnon and Ian McConnon. Family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. A graveside service will be 11:00 am Thursday at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Steve Musick and Dr. G. Kenneth Gates officiating.
