James Franklin Murray

James Franklin Murray, age 76 of Friendsville, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2004, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was born December 11, 1927 in Panama Canal Zone, Panama and was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, Maryville, TN. Survivors include his wife, Barbara J. Murray of Friendsville; sons and daughters-in-law, Dr. James F. and Regina B. Murray of Knoxville, John S. and Lora J. Murray of Hudson, MI; daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela A. and Randall G. Dean of Grand Junction, CO, Dianne C. and Seberon Litzenburger of Harbor Springs, MI, Susan M. and Christopher E. Alexander of Phoenix, AZ, Nancy L. and David A. Noel of Maryville, TN; grandchildren, Matthew B. Murray, John Christopher Murray, Keith M. Dean and Michelle N. Dean, Sean M. Murray and Cara M. Murray, Natalie C. Hypes, Paige N. Noel and Jacob R. Noel. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church with Rev. Brad Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the Church following the service.
